Ruth and Mark were married on a beautiful sunny day at Westonbirt School, Saturday 3^rd June 2017. This was our first wedding at Westonbirt School and the gorgeous house and beautiful grounds didn’t disappoint, in fact Westonbirt School is a photographers dream with so many different beautiful spots making for a great selection of photo backdrops inside and outside the house. Ruth and Mark are such a lovely couple, we met them at a wedding fair and hit it off straight away, so much so they booked soon after. They are both so natural with each other and lovely to work with.

How did you meet and how did the proposal happen?

We met through scuba diving, mark came into my work (esso petrol station) and then we got talking about diving and how I've always wanted to try. there and then I signed up for the course. He then became my diving instructor and have been diving together ever since. He proposed to me in Rome at a roof top Michellin star restaurant over looking the Vatican. He got the waiter to give me a bunch of white roses and as the sunset he went down on one knee. Was an amazing night!

Tell us all about your wedding day? What was the theme, why did you choose your venue, favourite memory from the day

Theme for our wedding was diving with our cake being an underwater scene and our table names where wrecks we have dived and have planned to dive in the near future. Favourite memory was seeing marks face when I faced him at the alter, will never forget that. We chose Westonbirt House because we fell in love with it, its an amazing historical building and there was such beautiful gardens that our guests and the kids could run around.

Words of wisdom for other couples planning their day

Try and be as organised as you can and plan everything as soon as you can to limit the stress as you will miss planning your wedding. Also make sure you make the wedding about you, don't worry about anyone else or what people will think. this is your day

What made you choose your wedding photographer

We loved your portfolio and it was in the style we wanted for our wedding. the photos you took of other weddings we could see you captured peoples personalities which we think is a very hard thing to do. You were very approachable and we felt like no matter what we wanted you were willing to suggest and give advice on what would work and go with our ideas.

Wedding Review for Capture Every Moment

Paul and Carissa were absolutely amazing, they were so helpful when we first met them at a wedding fair and we knew straight away looking at how they capture peoples personalities and character in their photos, they were the photographers for us. They are so well organised and on the day we didn't have to worry about what moments we wanted captured as they were on it from beginning to end of our amazing day. They were so helpful in telling us what would work and even researched all of the best picture points at our wedding venue beforehand. They made it so easy for us and the photos we got are stunning, we and all our family loved the fact that they got action shots of all our guests so no one was left out. They didn't even mind when our guests asked for photos around the venue, they were so happy to do it.

We have and will continue to recommend them to all our friends and family.
