"What a pleasure it was to work with this lovely couple. Nina & Michael initially had a consultation where, together, we created their wedding cake. We then had a further meeting to finalise the details.

This beautiful 3 tier semi-naked cake, comprised of two flavours. The bottom tier was a luxurious Red Velvet sponge with a vanilla buttercream. The top two tiers were vanilla sponge drizzled in a vanilla syrup with a vanilla buttercream. The cake was beautifully finished with fresh pink and cream roses with sprigs of gypsophila to match the flowers in Nina's bouquet.

The cake looked perfectly at home in the stunning setting of Widbrook Grange Hotel, Bradford Upon Avon.
