Lily and Liam chose to get married at Caswell House, a beautiful historic 15th century manor house within the heart of the Oxfordshire Cotswolds. This venue offered the couple a romantic setting surrounded by beautiful grounds which has been captured perfectly by the talented Steffen Milsom Photography. .

Steffen Milsom sent in this Real Wedding detailing his approach to his initial consultation, right through to photographing the day. We think the images caught are dreamy and inspiring and showcase just what a talented photographer he is.

Here's what Steffen had to say...

"Lily and Liam approached me after I had photographed the wedding of one of their friends, and as I try and do with all my clients, we arranged to meet up at their venue to discuss their day. The couple were a real pleasure to be with - very relaxed and full of excitement for their special day!

This was going to be my first opportunity to photograph Caswell House, and what a privilege it was to be able to capture Liam and Lily at this beautiful venue in Oxfordshire.

Both the Bride and Groom got ready at the venue, which made it easy to capture both of them getting ready. The hardest part was getting the boys away from the football, which was always going to be a challenge!

Lily and Liam chose to get married indoors which did not disappoint. Caswell Barn has one of the best mixtures of both natural and artificial light that I have come across at any venue, in turn making great images of their wedding ceremony.

The wedding day itself was a beautiful cloudless day in late September and Casswell House has one of the most stunning locations for a sunset photograph. The Bride and Groom were both more than happy to pop outside between courses of their wedding breakfast to capture a few shots as the sun went down. The couple absolutely loved the resulting image!"

We love the contrast between the natural shots of the Bride and Groom that Steffen Milsom has captured as they share their intimate moments with one another, against the purposely styled shots in the sunset - simply stunning.
