The Sausage and Mash company were on location for the Wedding of Kirsty and Jonny at Wellington Barn, and we just wish we were there enjoying the food they served up!

Guests were treated to gorgeous canapes including fillet of beef with horseradish sauce in a petit Yorkshire Pudding, proper cocktail sausages and other scrumptious treats from their menu. For the main event the guests tucked into homemade pie and mash!

The newlyweds were (not surprisingly) over the moon with the food. They wrote to Tom:

"We are just on our way back from our minimoon and have had the most fantastic time. We wanted to drop you a quick note to say thank you thank you, thank you for all of your efforts last Thursday - you were phenomenal!The canapés went down a storm, your staff were so thoughtful and took each canapé out to Jonny and I whilst we were having photos - braving the wind! The pies were delicious - everyone commented on them! Not to mention the mash - I want your recipe, it was so yummy! Honestly though, it was the most polite, professional and slick service. All pies we're served piping hot and I think everyone had the chance to eat together (I've been to many do's where top table are finished and waiting for ages whilst the last tables still haven't received their food).As I say, we can't thank you enough for how fantastic you all were.
