"We were recommended to Gemma and Sam by a previous bride who had used our services for her wedding day just a few years ago. We first met Gemma and Sam for a coffee and a chat about their wedding day plus we took along a few albums for them to view. We hit it off straight away as they chatted about their wedding day and booked us a few days later.

Gemma and Sam organised a beautiful intimate wedding day at Whatley Manor, they invited immediate family to the wedding so in total only ten guests attended.

Sam spent the morning with family preparing for the ceremony making sure everything was in place for the ceremony, fixing button holes, straightening ties and having a few photos taken with his brothers, both dads and granddads. Meanwhile, Gemma spent the morning relaxing in the Bridal suite with her Mum as she prepared for the wedding, it was a very relaxed morning and once ready Dad arrived to the Bridal suite where there were a few tears but lots of giggles too as father and daughter hugged each other.

The ceremony took place outdoors in the beautiful gardens at Whatley Manor. Gemma and Sam both said their wedding vows to each other, exchanged rings and sealed the deal with a kiss and a thumbs up!

The afternoon celebrations continued with a glass of fizz, canapes and photos on the lawn. It was such a lovely relaxed atmosphere with everybody enjoying the sunshine and celebrating Gemma and Sam becoming Mr & Mrs Wright!

Gemma and Sam's wedding cake featured lots of cupcakes, and right at the top sat a beautiful cake with a little touch of a Beauty and the Beast theme. Gemma and Sam cut the cake before being seated for the wedding breakfast, we said our goodbyes and left them to enjoy the rest of their evening celebrations.

We were only with Gemma and Sam for a few hours on their wedding day but very much enjoyed the lovely intimate wedding. They planned everything exactly how they wanted it and I'm so glad they had a lovely day."
