"Cat & Matt came all the way from Canada to tie the knot in beautiful Gloucestershire! The groom had grown up in the area and Cat, also a Brit was a London lady but a country girl at heart who was a vet and loves animals. Getting hitched somewhere with beautiful countryside and wildlife was important to her so the lovely Matara Centre in Tetbury was the perfect fit! Even more so as they had a paddock where she could bring her gorgeous horse to be with her on their special day. This was particularly important to her as Matt had proposed to her in the paddock with her 4 legged best friend as a witness! So sweet!

It really did feel like a wedding fit for a princess, not because they were sharing the same date as the Royal wedding but Cat (also a ballroom dancer) carried herself with such grace and on the day everything came together perfectly for her!

From the Sun, to the animals and her finished hair & makeup look...by the time she was in her dress and gorgeous sparkling tiara she really did look like a Disney Princess!

Me along with my lovely 2 assistants Amber & Nadezhda had a wonderful morning getting all of the bridal party ready.

For Cat's hair & makeup we went very natural with the base as she had gorgeous skin so all I did was enhance her natural beauty with some bareminerals & YSL foundation and kept that dewy glow with a mineral pink blush and highlighted those lovely features.

I defined her sparkly blue eyes using clever contouring of the eye and a gel eyeliner along with some individual lashes to bring them out and kept her pout subtly pink using a sheer lipstick that can be blended to a natural finish.

As for the hair...well, it was like working on Goldilocks or Princess Aurora!

She had amazingly thick golden blonde hair so we enhanced her waves with my favourite tongs to give a soft curl and went for an elegant half updo perfect to fit her regal tiara and cathedral veil which just looked stunning when she was in her Ronald Joyce dress (together with 5ft train!)

Definitely wedding of the year for me! #bridegoals"
