Lauren and Darren at Stanton Manor, Wiltshire

Lauren and Darren were married at Stanton Manor near Chippenham on a beautiful sunny day in June. I was excited to shoot their wedding, not just because I knew Lauren and Darren had planned everything in exceptional detail but also because I knew I would get the chance to work alongside some amazing fellow Whitewedders!

I arrived at the house in the morning to capture the preparations of Lauren and her bridesmaids where we were occasionally joined by their inquisitive cats who probably wondered why so many people had invaded their house that day! Before too long, Judy (from Blooming Chic) arrived to deliver the bouquets which were, as always, stunningly beautiful with a great attention to detail.

Lauren was soon whisked away to Stanton Manor in a vintage Bedford which was driven by her soon to be Father-in-Law - such a lovely little personal touch! Upon arrival, I was struck by how many little personal touches the happy couple had included in their special day. From the welcome sign that greeted you at the door to the quirky display of their engagement photographs. Even their beautiful cake (provided by the wonderful Sarah from Cakes by Mrs F) was adorned with a personalised topper which gave a nod to their feline fur-babies!

From start to finish there were smiles galore and Lauren and Darren were more than happy for me to whisk them away for some time alone together whilst we captured lots of lovely wedding portraits of the two of them. We started (how could we not?!) with a photograph in front of the amazing LOVE letters provided by Alex from Burnt Orange.

It was such a privilege to be there to capture some beautiful memories for Lauren and Darren and to document their special day. Lauren recently left me a review which read:
