Fi of Corky and Prince, a highly talented florist and event stylist has shared it with us, read on to hear all about it....
Photographer Rachel Jane Thomas and florist Fi at Corky and Prince wanted to create a classic English wedding vibe in the beautiful Royal Agricultural University in Cirencester and showcase a hand-picked team of local suppliers who have a distinctive ethical, sustainable or artisan dimension to their work.
As a floral designer and stylist, Fi's inspiration for this shoot was the soft vanilla, coral and cream tones of the ranunculus 'butterfly ariadne' flower. She added key motifs, ferns, terrariums and fuzzy peaches to add texture and evoke an English summer’s day. The bridal bouquet was a natural cascade style with floaty asparagus ferns together with scented stocks and 'Cappuccino' dianthus.
