We’re so pleased The Great Western Wedding Fair is back for 2025 and we can't wait to welcome you to the show. This show is a big one, with inspiration around every corner, interactive stands, friendly suppliers, free samples, live music, photo opportunities, catwalk shows and so much more.
We want to make sure that you make the most of the show and don't miss anything amongst the excitement.
Here are our top tips for making the most of this show:
Meeting suppliers: As you go around the fair, you’ll be able to scan each of our exhibitors & you’ll be taken straight to their online page where you can read all about them, save them to your Whitewed Wish List & contact them via email. This will help ease congestion around the fair and allows to keep your distance if you would prefer. We recommend you create a Whitewed account now to begin your planning journey and make it quick and easy to save your favourite suppliers on the day. You can create an account HERE.
Making use of our show guide & goody bag: If you preregister your show tickets, you will recieve a free goody bag and show guide when you arrive. The show guide has helpful show map, top tips inside, space for your own notes and a run down of all the show times. Make sure you don't miss a thing by familiarising your self with the layout and planning your day. We also recommend you note down your favourite suppliers as you go either using the online wishlist or using the show guide.
Give yourself time: The show is large and has over 70 stands to visit. Give yourself plenty of time to meet the suppliers you're interested in and to get around the show comfortably. There is space to sit down in the centre of the show (in the Great Western Hall) and a cafe onsite for lunch break.
