Makeup by Emma

Emma is an incredible person to have do your bridal hair and makeup. She really knows what she's doing and listens to what you want, but adds her expertise so you get better than you even imagined. I felt amazing and both hair and makeup stayed perfectly all day, even though it was 29 degrees! She didn't make me feel guilty for the insanely early start and she was so positive and reassuring- such fun to have around on the morning of your wedding! Thank you Emma xxx (Wedding was July 2022)

Emma did mine, and my bridal party’s makeup for my wedding this year on 6th August, and to say I was happy would be an understatement! Emma is the loveliest person, so so chatty and kind- exactly what you need the morning of your big day! She did 2 trials for me, as I was undecided on what I’d like, and each time she talked me through her process, what products she was using, and asked me what I’d like etc. As I was so undecided, it was her help and advice that actually helped me to picture the look I was going for- she absolutely got me- and I was beyond happy with the results. Not only that, but our makeup lasted all day and all night- and believe me there were many tears, and it was a hot summer wedding- so we put that makeup to the test!! Thank you Emma, for making us all look, and also feel so beautiful xoxo

Emma is absolutely AMAZING, I cannot thank her enough. I felt in good hands the moment I met her at my trial, she really listened and I came away looking better than I could ever imagine. I wanted a bridal look but still look like me. On the day Emma was so calming, helped me through an almost melt down, it was just lovely to have someone there for you and not just for the job. Mine and my bridesmaids make up stayed put for the whole day and evening, didn't budge a bit even with the tears. Everyone commented on how beautiful I looked and it really was because I had the best make up artist. I would highly recommended Emma she truly is very talented and what she does. Emma did the makeup for myself and 5 bridesmaids earlier this month for my wedding. At the trial Emma was so attentive making sure I was happy at each step. Any queries I had thereafter were swiftly a answered. Emma sent a schedule ahead of day with timings for the morning which made me feel really calm. The day of our wedding was 30 degrees and very sweaty! Could not believe how intact all of make up was at the end of the day. It was really put to the test. I wanted a fairly natural look for the day and was so pleased with my make up. Emma was lovely to have around on the morning and waited until we were about to leave just incase any touch-ups were needed. Two of the bridal party were so impressed with their make up that they will be making enquiries themselves. I would definitely recommend Emma :) could not have been more pleased with the whole service.
