They took the time to really understand our requirements to ensure they provided the perfect set up and nothing was too much trouble. They were responsive, thorough in planning the setup (including different weather options), offered great advice, and their open days were a great way to see the tipis in action. During the week of the actual event they were fab – arrived when agreed, flexible in set up as the weather developed and generally a pleasure to have around. Not only was the service faultless and the kit top notch, but of the four tipi companies we contacted initially they were also the most reasonable. I only wish we could do it all again and can’t wait to find another excuse to hire some tipis! I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them – thank you Buffalo ☺"

The forecast for ours was super changeable right up until the morning of the it with really high winds. They had all sorts of contingency plans and even drove past to check up on it on the morning of the wedding. We felt like they really cared about the event going well. Also their light package that comes with the tipis is incredible - highly recommend adding the disco ball!"

We had a vision of how we wanted the tipis to be set up and they helped us bring that vision to reality, including even rigging up a disco ball in the barn next to the tipis! The team setting up and taking down the tipis were extremely professional, efficient and reliable. On the day the tipis looked absolutely fantastic. We were lucky enough to have good weather and so were able to have the sides up the whole way round on one of the tipis which looked stunning and created a lovely connection between the adjacent barn and horsebox bar.
