    Using my 12 years of experience, I help you navigate through commissioning the perfect luxury wedding cake for you. I ensure that it meets your brief, excels on taste and exudes that all important elegance your guests will appreciate.

    Exquisite wedding cakes, created especially for you, with only the finest ingredients money can buy. Organic produce is used at every opportunity possible in recipes perfected over more than a decade.

     

    The flavour of your cake is just as important as how beautiful it looks which is why I'm so passionate about the flavours and ingredients I use.

    Each and every wedding cake is freshly made to order using only premium ingredients – sourced from local suppliers where possible.

    • Sustainably sourced finest Belgian Chocolate by Callebaut
    • Higher welfare free-range local eggs from Lacock, Wiltshire
    • Premium quality butter
    • Luxury Swiss fondant icing
    • British flour and sugar
    • Summer seasonal fruit from local growers
    • Organic Vanilla Bean Paste
    • Lemon curds and jams made in-house
