Supplier Focus: Matt Fox Photography

Here at Whitewed, we love seeing businesses grow and we are lucky to have so many talented and ambitious business owners on our directory. 

Adorable Bear belongs to Matt. This month we asked Matt of Matt Fox Photography more about his new business. Matt started as a wedding photographer after graduating in 2015, and in 2018 added The Flash Fox to his business, a luxury photo booth that sits alongside his photography brand perfectly.

In the last year, Matt has launched RAWR Design - website design, photography and branding for small businesses, and having seen some of our members lovely new websites that are on-brand, fantastically functional and benefit from some serious SEO, we wanted to know more, as seriously, this guys is truly talented at all that he does..

How did you start out in business?

RAWR Design started as a simple passion project after making my own websites for my photography and photo booth businesses and the success they had.

Why did you start your business?

Simply put, I love starting small businesses and helping others with theirs, and with RAWR Design I’m able to do both.

What was your light bulb moment when deciding to diversify?

I'd say my light bulb moment was hearing feedback on my own websites, and then helping others with theirs.. so why not turn it into a business?!

What have you loved so far?

Watching the websites I’ve created for others grow on Google as well as help bring in more work for them.

Who cheers you on?

My girlfriend Charlotte and toy poodle 'Bear' are probably my biggest cheerleaders. You can even find him on my website!

When you were a child, what did you want to be when you were older?

I think I wanted to be a Policeman like my dad, which of course is very different to what I’m doing now! But ever since I had my first job in a camera shop aged 16 I’ve been working toward a career in photography.

What's next?

Next I want to simply continue to improve the work I do and grow RAWR Design with more projects, and help other businesses grow.
