Using a method originated from the streets of Bangkok, Roll Me Up pour Real Dairy Cotswold ice cream onto frozen plates that reach -30 degrees, then chop, cream spread and roll delicious ice cream rolls made with bespoke flavours and ingredients which in turn produces amazing treats in a mesmerising display of ice cream theatre!

Jason has many years experience working as a chef so can create fabulous bespoke flavours for your wedding which will make it unique to you. Sourcing only the best ice cream from a local supplier and using high quality ingredients Jason ensures the ice cream rolls will taste as good as they look.

Ice Cream Rolls are handcrafted in front of your guests so they'll be entertained as well as fed tasty ice cream!
