Meet Fluffy Puffin, one of our finalists in The Whitewed Directory Awards!

It has been announced that Fluffy Puffin Ice Cream have been shortlisted in the second annual Whitewed Directory Awards! The talented Ice Cream creator based in Wiltshire is shortlisted for the Start Up Business of the Year 2018 Award...

The Whitewed Directory Awards were launched in June 2017 to recognise the South West’s best wedding venues and suppliers. There are three judged award categories, Business Person of the Year 2018, Most Inspiring Business Person of the Year 2018 and Start-up Business of the Year 2018.

The judges were impressed with Fluffy Puffins great business concept that continues to grow. It's fantastic to see the passion, the attention to detail and ethos applied to this business. Fluffy Puffin aren't tied to weddings only, so he can expand his business according to his enquiries.The judging panel comprised of three highly respected industry professionals: Sara Tye, award winning, top 500 international PR, business and organisational development expert and serial entrepreneur, Ian Larrard, Director of Business West in Swindon and Wiltshire, and Emma Richards, Sales Director of DoubleTree by Hilton Swindon.The winners will be announced at an awards ceremony taking place on 7th February 2019 at the Doubletree by Hilton Swindon.

Fluffy Puffin is owned and run by Chris, a talented Chef who set about creating the most amazing ice creams and sorbets. Using no added preservatives, artificial stabilisers, emulsifiers, colourings, flavourings or e-numbers, he has created "Guilt free clean" ice cream!

Chris brings his Michelin star training from Gordon Ramsay and Angela Hartnett to the forefront of his ice cream business along with a passion for events. Chris will work with couples to create their very own flavours and toppings to create a truly bespoke treat for couples and their guests to enjoy, all served from a trendy mobile Ice Cream Bar.
