When I first met Jennie and Sayer they had a clear idea that they wanted a fun, relaxed and informal wedding day but they did not know what they were wanting in terms of flowers. After sharing ideas we agreed that a soft colour palette of blues cremes and pinks would look great for the occasion and we opted to keep the flowers really seasonal to play to the beauty and nature surrounding the venue which was really highlighted during the couples outdoor ceremony.

Jennie did not want roses incorporated into her flowers and so instead we used beautiful ranunculus, wax flower, nigella, ferns and eucalyptus. More showy large headed carnations and delphinium were added into the large arrangements to add some drama, height and texture. The bridesmaids carried posies of gypsophila. These were later placed in beautiful vintage cut glass vases which the couple had collected.

Two large milk churn arrangements framed the ceremony table and these were later moved into the reception to add floral highlights. The delicious semi naked cake was decorated with flowers to compliment the bridal bouquet to tie everything together and was a beautiful focal point in the bar area of the venue.

The day was finished with swing dancing.
